UnderGround Download Video Codecs " video codec" and Windows 7: should I go with klite again?

Yeah, so I need all the video codecs again so that I can work in adobe premiere pro CS4 again.

Last night it was having a lot of trouble deciphering some other videos that I'm working on which is a complete pain in the butt. I had to convert the videos to WMV which I truly hate working with! Also I could use a video converter that will convert in VBR formats.

http://shark007.net/win7codecs.html

best codec pack for W7... some of the other codec packs will screw up Media Player and Media Center playback..

Read this before you install since you're running x64 (2nd post)

http://shark007.net/forum/Thread-MC-and-native-codecs

once you install the main codec pack, you can install the x64 add-on..

I downloaded these and put them into their own folder and copied that post and put it in a text file in that folder so that I know what I need to do later for someone else in a couple months, lol.

I find it so much easier if I leave myself notes to go with all the little programs I download and install, lol.

I just redid a few of the computers around the house and for some friends and the packs here needed to be installed on all the computers to allow them to view mkv and so on.
