at the moment i drive a 95 mustang cobra orginaly it was a gt the guy who sold it to me drop a 5.0 and put da cpbra back bumper and cobra emblems an other things its not svt i dont want the car no more i want new car but i cant decide wat to get some of friends tell me to get a hatch some say get a gti vr6 or prelude or and integra

get a teg (dc2) jap front, 5 lug conversion, on some gold/bronze volks, k20 swap.

or you can also go with a ek9 hatch<3

keep it and drop in a whipple 03 cobra motor and boost it..also i/h/e and a 60 shot of nitrous..you will thank me later =)

Get a GTO if you can afford it. the transistion from import to american and vis versa is always an uneasy one.

i say you get a 94-01 integra GSR you already at a nice start car comes pretty nice from factory a drop and it'll be looking nice not 2 bad speed wise when you get extra money boost it and you are lookin @ 300whp which is not bad

why have that when he can drop the 03 cobra whipple motor in his stang with some nitrous..and have almost 600 whp?and it shouldnt be expensive at all

yea but da gas kills me its a nice first car but i cant afford it im looking at a couple of hatchs some guy is selling a 93 hatch si with 129,000 miles on it an power everything but 4 5000 i think dats to much hes ses dat price aint firm so i think i can drop da price i only got 3500 to work wif maybe 4000

dude 03/04 cobra motor goes for abput 4-5k with papers a wipple will set you back anothwer 3-4k and yes it will make more than 600 but still pricey as hell dude....gsr then boost r jts get a newer gt 01-04
full exhaust,intake and nitrous runs real nice

You must be crazy if your gonna pay $5k for a stock 93' si hatch w. 129k ...... not even b16 EG's go for that much. Even $4k for that matter. My suggestion sell the stang and with the money you have put it down as a down payment for an evo, sti or whatever.

im not saying buy the damn cobra..im saying drop the motor in your ride..bro with a mustang and 4k you wanna spend on a freaking civic you can build your stang on nitrous to run low 11's all day..gt40heads,e303cam,roller rockers,headers,full 3 inch h pipe,75mm mass air,cobra intake manifold upper and lower,buy a nice race clutch,3.73 rear end,and a nitrous big shot,throw a 150 shot and your good to go,me and my bros stang would hold a 175 shot on stock injectors..

Bro everyone is going to tell you to build this and that. You have to know what you like. it's obvious with some light mods you can make the stang into a real runner, a teg or something along those lines will need more work, time and money. I am going from a caddy to a honda civic lol, I won't regret it at all with the gas prices the way they are. My "toy" after I get my car is going to be a bike. I've been thinking about what I wanted to do for a long time bro, it's hard to make up your mind. Just take your time and think it through.

Or he can go get himself a Chevrolet Camaro SS / Pontiac Trans Am WS6, and make more than that stock. With my WS6 i made 346rwhp and 360rwtq with just intake, headers, and exhaust without a tune and my car was running incredibly rich. I added a cam thats made more for high RPM power and my car makes 386rwhp and 367rwtq. Off the line the car doesn't seem that impressive, but from a roll it pulls real nice. NOw if i were to chang emy rear end gears from 3.42s to 4.10s then i will really see the power this cam has. My opinion is stay american, and RWD>FWD. But just get something you can afford, and you wont be kicking yourself in the ass about later.

For that you find yourself a 2001 Cobra. Yeah it isn't the supercharged 03, but its better than previous model cobras. Don't get a '99 that year they had problems because some people weren't making the power that Ford said they would make. So people had to take their cars back to the dealer to get shit changed, thats why there isn't a 2000 Cobra. But you will find a Cobra R in 2000, but those are expensive but sick as fuck. So then you got the 2001 Cobra rated i believe at 320hp, that isn't to bad. Toss a turbo kit on the bitch, and get ready to fly. And even better its DOHC so atleast you get 4 cams instead of 2 like the regular GT(Which i know you hate that my car runs off one big cam, liek this you can stay pretty close to the whole import thing by having DOHC). And included in that package of 4 cams is this giant cluster fuck of chain that runs the whole thing. But yeah if a Cobra is in your near future hop on a 2001, if the '03 is to much for your pockets.

I didn't mean make power, i meant it as to get my cam into the powerband quicker. I'll actually lose some power with 4.10s, but the rpms will come alot faster. I guess i stated my comment wrong.
