just want to show you guys how i first looked feb. of last year when i started working out to where i am now...i was dedicated the first 8-9 months and then fell off alittle but i started my routine again and summers almost here.....i plan to put pictures up every month to see my progress and before anyone asks me....yes i just started my cycle on monday so its get big or die trying....

beginning of my fourth and fifth month the one on the left is me 4 months into working out and the first day i took my first cycle ever and the one to the right is just one month on juice...

i started off at 155lbs and wen i finished my first cycle i went all the way up to 205 and about a month after the cycle i went down to 195lbs
i am currently 192lbs at 10.7 body fat(which is damn good)

thats good man..u wanna lose wieght will u better hit up the weight room and cardio...if u do just cardio like most people do dont get me wrong ur going to lose weight but what happens to the excess skin? it just stays there flappin around that y u have to do both....

I remember I used to do cycles. Was hooked til I stopped or else it would've been an addiction. All good tho. Glad you're making progress and not bad of the end result after gaining 205. Usually some people lose a lot more than that.

Yeah yeah, you posted pics so no one fucks with your whip...lol Im working on gaining muscle too but i dont wanna get on the juice, im trying to do it all proteins and foods.. My boy got on the juice and got fucking huge with in a month and stopped taking it and still looks pretty big but nowhere near as big!! Your prosses is going good tho.. Question; How much does a cycle run for, and how long does it last, how often do you use it etc????? I am pretty curios on that.. Thanks, keep up the good work yo!
where do you work as a personal trainer? my friends work at some gym by sunset that just opened thats designed specifically for personal trainers supposedley i forgot the name

a cycle usually takes 12weeks some do a test cycle which is 5-6 weeks and then they decide what they want to do from thier....the prices vary on wat u are looking for and the dosage is different on every differnent kind of juice....

if u have a fast metabolism u have have to eat 6-7 times a day every 2.5 hrs....dont get frustrated if ur not seeing results it does take time also if ur trying to get big for every pound u need to consume 1.5grams of protien so if u weigh 160lbs u need to consume atleast 210 grams of protein a day

i'm just like you..but i started taking creatine last week, and i gained 10 pounds.
that's just in one week, and i kinda neglected my protein shakes at the same time.
try it. i got mine at walmart (GNC is too expensive, and really not much better) in the area with protein bars and protein shakes.
went from 145 to 155 in one week, and as i increase my weight in my lifting, it can only get better from here.
i didn't want to take steroids, so i opted for the more natural method of protein and creatine.
to each his own i guess.
EDIT: also, if you have a fast metabolism like i do... try this;
eat protein late at night when your metabolism slows down. take some latenight trips to denny's/waffle house/ihop, and order up some sausge,bacon,eggs,ham.. load up on protein. it SHOULD work, i can never remember to do it.

From what i've heard, there are pills, but they arent as effective as the needle! They say that you digest about 70% of it! Roids can also mess up you kidneys and other stuff, so in the long run is NOT good for you man! Plus when your off the juice, you will shrink again... I think its better to do it naturally with a good protein and Amino acids. My boy got noticeable bigger with in months of taking them N protein! And the good thing about them is that there ARENT SIDE EFFECTS!!

well it only lasts 2 weeks (lasted one week during loading phase.)
it's got the creatine and a bunch of other vitamins in it.. i use to get the same stuff at GNC for like $50

Yeah, as you build your body it reaches a certain level of resistance.
Every so often you should switch it up, or add on to your routine.

ill post one in a bit. basically i went down 2 shirt sizes. thing is that i still wear my old work clothes and i still look the same way i did a year ago because it fits so large. but im still not where i want to be so ill make a progress thread later.
i also gotta start a hardcore diet again. i basically just cut off my soda and thats it. which helped out alot.

I'm not sure how down or w/e I've gone, but I'm keeping at it (finally) and it's working well. I have, however, been slacking on the exercise. I need to pick that up again, my body begs me to move and run... Progress threads, hmmm. turned out my friend worked for la fitness and hooked me up with the down payment, he really couldnt do much on the monthly. so i pay almost 40 bux a month for la fitness. i never really go with anyone else i hate working out with other people for some reason, mostly because i do cardio and alot of people would rather lift weights. and they can never keep up with me in cardio and i can never keep up with them while i lift weights.

And disproportioned fat at that, b/c pregnancy makes you
swell in places you never thought possible. Plus, I ate like a fat ass.
Ice cream for breakfast, and entire bucket of chinese rice for lunch...
You get the picture.
I love gyming w/ people, I just never have anyone willing to go.
Plus I'm a fitness freak, so I like doing the machines and classes
and no one keeps up with me either. But I just throw the IPOD ear
phones on and do w/e I can in my living room or the park. :)

honestly ive realized that dieting is a bit of a stronger factor when trying to lose weight. ima have my mom stop cooking rice or make a salad alternative. im sick of working out without results. (random shit)

well the main thing is you have to plan your meals ahead of time and try to eat 7 small meals a day to keep your metabolism pumping. Some people have pulled it off with wendys I did it once and lost some weight through wendys but Im a big fan of healthy choice but wendys is the cheaper route.
meal 1 - breakfast = baked potato with nothing on it
meal 2 - aprox 2 hours later = another baked potato
meal 3 - aprox 2 hours later = small salad
meal 4 - aprox 2 hours later = small chili
meal 5 - aprox 2 hours later = small salad
meal 6 - aprox 2 hours later = small chili
meal 7 - right before a work out = weigh protein + skim milk + 1 bannana
that alone should make you lose weight at a fast rate. It doesnt seem like much but its really a good amount of food. The chili will fill you up when you have it for a while and you wont really be hungry as long as you keep pumping all that stuff into you. Also I think you will be under 1500 calories with that diet so you will be creating a deficit which will cause you to lose weight and you will also be metabolizing really fast

the good thing about that diet is that its super cheap. thats prolly only like 10bucks a day. my problem is that i only have like 2-3 meals a day so my metabolism is pretty slow. i eliminated soda from wat a i drink so i felt i lost some body mass. ill give this a try though. maybe not wendys but something like this. how bout home made pitas and sandwiches?

If you get all your carbs in the morning you will be fine if you look how the wendys set up is you get all your carbs in the morning through the baked potatos. you also get carbs from meat like the chili. man its not the carbs your freaking bodies are like a rubics cube. when I used to do personal training I got this chick to lose 40 pounds and then in 2 weeks she gained back 15 pounds. It wasnt any carbs its that you guys have unstable body chemistry

man its not the carbs your freaking bodies are like a rubics cube. when I used to do personal training I got this chick to lose 40 pounds and then in 2 weeks she gained back 15 pounds. It wasnt any carbs its that you guys have unstable body chemistry

it has to do with a number of things women are built to retain fat. Men have more muscle desnity so we burn more fat just lieing around then you guys do. You also have several things in your body chemistry that make it harder. The best way for women to lose weight is through cirquit training. 30 min to an hour cirquit and diet would get you in decent shape.
what your talking about is a concept called spot reduction. That doesnt exist just because you work out one area doesnt mean you will burn fat in that area you can only tone it but the fat will still be there. Fat gets burned in the order it was gained.

They make birth control pills that are desighned to make you lose weight. Yasmin is one of those pills. I really havent worked with birth control and weight loss I beleive in blood and guts but a female trainer I know that specializes in women has it down to a science. Something about getting better results while on birth control because of hormone stability or some shit. I have no idea when it comes to your bodys I just know about mine,

That's very true. Women are indeed built to retain fat, what with being curvaceous, having tits and an ass, and eventually carrying a child around for nine months. It's all in our body structure.
I do staggered strength training, which is (jussst incase you might not have heard about it) jogging for n interval of minutes (say, 5 or 10) doing certain exercise reps, followed by another type of exercise rep (possibly even a third) and immediately returning to jogging. I repeat that cycle a few times til I've completed cardio, legs, arms, abs, obliques, hips, and butt. But it doesn't take more than 40 minutes to do. And it's very simple.
Damn busting my bubble about spot reduction.
That's gonna be hard for me to lose...

let me put it this way all of the biggest names in body building who openly admitted to steroid usage died before their 40th birthday. A lot of people will tell you that it doesnt do shit if your smart about it and do your research but in all honesty once you start fucking with your hormonal body chemestry your fucked.
A good majority of women who were taking hormone therapy in the 80s and early 90s for menopause ended up getting breast cancer. Steroid usage contributes to heart disease, liver and kidney damage. Dont let any one fool you. I know pro fighters and atletes that have had their careers destroyed because of steroids.
I had a freind who was in body building and wrestling and he transitioned to mixed martial arts. He kept roiding and doing cycles not even to build mass but to recover from injuries. He was roiding for about 2 years cycling on and off. Fighters end up using less roids then people that bulk up because they have to cycle off before their fights because they need to pass piss tests so they need a detox period.
He ended up developing a heart disease. he didnt die from it and they got it in time to get treatment but even if you dont beleive it that shit wears down on you. If you already are pre disposed to heart disease or some sort of cancer this will make your chances of getting it much more likely.

I think with a good(and high protein) diet and amino acids, you can get pretty big.. Obviously not as big as with steroids but you'll be good. I just started my first week on amino acids. Its hard to eat alot and to do it in a healthy manner.. Im just eating pork, chicken, veggies with rice and water or juices.. I just started last week. We'll see, i guess. AND ALOT OF PROTEIN DRINK THROUGH OUT THE DAY! I DRINK 3 A DAY WICH HAS 54G OF PROTEIN PER DRINK.

aparently you haven't done them right, We used to run drill to see who could get as many in a minutes time as possible. Man those were some long minutes. But then we learned to slow up because each time we set a new record that was the new standard, lol. it only took one time to figure that one out, lol.
I kind of miss those days though, I was fit as fuh then.

its pointless and your body doesnt matter. If your first starting to lift and you roid your waisting your time because it takes awhile to get propper form and a solid routine you like going. theres a whole experimental phase you have to get through. Then you have initial gains that every one gets.
